Mr. Viktor is the co-founder and managing director of Consult Invest company, with a head office in Warsaw.

He was born in 1982 in the city of Tomsk. Graduated of the National Economic University with a degree in “Banking Business”.
Viktor has gathered a wealth of practical experience of doing business in Europe, which he successfully uses in his work today, providing consulting services to a wide range of clients.
