Mr. Denzil is an accomplished, qualified accounting and tax specialist with excellent leadership and organizational skills. He has over 31 years of professional service, spanning both private and public sectors, including audit, advisory, financial services, and tax administration in several senior management roles.

Currently, he serves as Vice President and Head of Tax Advisory with Jamaica’s respected law firm, where he leads a team of accountants, tax specialists, and attorneys who deliver a suite of tax advisory and support services tailored for the unique needs of corporate and individual clients.

He was previously the Director and Head of the Tax Compliance division at KPMG in Jamaica. He has served voluntarily on the Taxation Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of the Caribbean (ICAC), acted as Chairman of the Taxation Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica (ICAJ), and a member on

the Listed Companies Committee of the Private Sector Organization of Jamaica (PSOJ). He successfully provided first-class service that significantly increased the tax efficiency of several corporate clients in several sectors of the Economy.
