Mr. Kristof, head of the international business consultancy Tomasz Consulting GmbH and its brand ‘GmbH-UG.com‘, has many years of experience in company formation and business development in Germany. He founded his first company in 2013 at the age of 19. Sometime later, based on the experience he gained, he was commissioned by a Chinese dietary supplement manufacturer to work on the market adjustment and the market launch of their products in Germany. Meanwhile, Mr. Tomasz deepened his experience in business law studies at the Friedrich Alexander University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and trained as a corporate restructuring advisor in 2020/2021.


This new opportunity to support international companies with building their successful business in Germany inspired Mr. Tomasz when he launched his consultancy in 2017. The consulting and services company currently has offices in the German capital Berlin and in Nuremberg, the second-largest city in Bavaria.
