Mrs. Clarissa specializes in managing complex transactional cases throughout multiple jurisdictions, assisting clients on a global scale.
Her experience extends beyond corporate matters, encompassing energy projects, antitrust issues, wealth planning, and third-sector initiatives.

Having worked in well-known Brazilian firms as well as international postings in France and Japan, Clarissa brings a diverse perspective to her practice. She holds a Master’s in Management (Banking and Finance) from the University of Wales, earned in Singapore, and a Master’s in International Private Law from Université Panthéon-Assas in Paris.
